You will get 15% commission on total referral sales when a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link or uses your coupon code. Customers will receive a 15% discount on single orders and 25% off subscription orders (15% off in addition to the 10% discount already on moonstonenutrition.com).
Commission will be paid out monthly for all purchases, including subscriptions.
Moonstone's team will provide each office with an initial sample kit, introducing the doctor, PA, and/or office manager to the affiliate program.
Moonstone will provide all samples, promo materials, and office displays for new affiliates.
